Project Team Leadership

The Project Team Leadership Independent study offers instruction in management and leadership skills of greatest immediate use to team leaders. The seminar builds a community of team leaders who are sources of support and knowledge for one another. Topics include coordinating work teams, managing conflict, basic communication skills, giving and receiving feedback, and motivating team members.
