Introduction to Entrepreneurial Finance: Firm Valuation and Term Sheets

This course is designed to introduce students to the challenges and pitfalls of financing new enterprises. The class sessions will combine lectures and cases. The course covers three broad topics: identifying and valuing opportunities, contract design and financing alternatives, and exit/harvesting strategies.

    Taught in NYC. Open to Non-MBA Cornell Tech Students only. TECH 5310 is highly recommended but not required as a pre-requisite to NBAY 5301. Add/Drop Dates: August 17th at 8:00am thru September 9th at 11:59pm with an additional Add/Drop period beginning October 20th at 8:00am thru October 27th at 11:59pm.
