This course is designed for students to work at varying intensity levels and with an emphasis on both aerobic and anaerobic fitness. Each workout session will consist of warm-up calisthenics, a group circuit including cardio training, full body resistance training, core activation, team challenges, and will conclude with cool down stretching. This is a high energy course that will teach students the importance of motivation, enthusiasm and teamwork while familiarizing them with total-fitness techniques and concepts. If you are ready to gain strength physically and mentally while working out in a team environment, then this is for you. HIIT Sweat Lab will push you to be your best and help you realize your inner and outer strength. Students of all fitness levels will benefit greatly from this course.
