Transfer Student Colloquium

Acquaints incoming transfer students with issues and disciplines in the field of industrial and labor relations and establishes acquaintanceship among members of the ILR faculty and small, randomly assigned groups of students. Includes several meetings early in the semester designed to introduce issues encountered in studying the employment relationship.
