Culture, Craft, and Technologies of Ancient Rome examines how ancient Roman built environments and technologies were created, used, and experienced. Through evidence from material culture, organic residue studies, spatial analysis, and ancient texts, students investigate the social, economic, and sensory dimensions of Roman production and technological practice.
