Examines a range of interpersonal communication strategies and skills required of successful managers in the workplace, based on self awareness of your own communication style, with a focus on intercultural challenges. Topics include listening skills, debate vs dialogue, conversational skills, difficult conversations, and appreciation of intercultural perspectives. (MHA-EL)
