Modeling New Ventures

Every startup's financial model tells a story: how the founders believe the business works, what must be true for it to succeed, and what success looks like. In this course, students build an investor-grade model for their own early-stage tech venture, whatever its business model and even before revenue, and learn to read any model as an argument to be tested. Students leave able to tell their venture's story in numbers and defend it. No finance or accounting background required.
